At BeautyGlowSA, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Method
BeautyGlowSA ships all orders within South Africa using Aramex Store to Door, one of South Africa's trusted courier services.
All deliveries are subject to the courier's service availability and operating conditions.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days from the date your order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays).
3. Delivery Delays
While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond BeautyGlowSA's reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather conditions

High parcel volumes

Road closures

Industrial action or strikes

Natural disasters

Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Any other unforeseen circumstances affecting courier operations
BeautyGlowSA will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments but cannot guarantee delivery within the estimated timeframe.
4. Risk & Responsibility
Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout and proof of delivery has been obtained by the courier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
5. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery
If delivery cannot be completed because:

No one is available to receive the parcel;

The delivery address is inaccessible; or
-
The courier cannot complete delivery for reasons attributable to the customer,
the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact the customer to arrange an alternative delivery.
Where a parcel is returned to BeautyGlowSA due to failed delivery attempts, refused delivery or an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or appears to have been tampered with, you must notify BeautyGlowSA within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may affect our ability to investigate the matter with the courier.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
BeautyGlowSA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information supplied by the customer.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details after placing your order. While we will make every reasonable effort to update your address before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping process.
8. Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
9. Limitation of Liability
BeautyGlowSA is not liable for delays caused by Aramex Store to Door or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, public holidays, strikes, government actions or other force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, BeautyGlowSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from shipping delays.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, limits or restricts any rights or remedies that consumers are entitled to under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other applicable South African legislation.
10. Governing Law
This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from this Shipping Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, without affecting any rights afforded to consumers under applicable legislation.
